2. Express shipping service
We use FedEx and DHL to ship to virtually any address in the world between 2 - 4 working days from the date of dispatch. Generally all orders are dispatched from our warehouse as per turnaround time mentioned in section 1 above except when there is a delay from the supplier. Bargello cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur during transit or delays from the supplier, however we shall notify you if we are aware of any foreseeable delays, in which case we will offer you an alternative product or a refund.
3. Shipping Charges
These are applied per product and vary from country to country. The minimum charges are calculated for you and are shown on the Final Review of Your Order page, before you pay for the good. The final delivery charge will be calculated prior to the dispatch of the product(s) and if different from the charge shown on "the final review of your order" page you will be informed of the final delivery charges.
During special promotions, costs and delivery times may vary. This will be displayed within the terms of the promotion.
4. Customs/Duties/Taxes
When ordering goods from Bargello.com for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Bargello.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
5. Returns Policy for Garments
Garment orders, including custom orders, are crafted based on the measurements, sizes, and specific customization instructions provided by you via our website, email, phone, or fax. Bargello is not responsible for any inaccuracies or dissatisfaction with the final product resulting from the measurements or customization instructions you provide. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge that the final product’s appearance, fit, and style are determined by your specified customizations, and Bargello is not liable for any subjective dissatisfaction with the outcome, including but not limited to design, color, or embellishment choices, provided the product adheres to your instructions.
To ensure transparency, Bargello documents the production process by taking photographs and recording videos of each measurement and customization detail before dispatch. These records are maintained in our library for reference. In the event of a dispute regarding fit or compliance with your instructions, we will review these records to verify that the product was made as specified. Custom orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the product is defective, incorrect, or does not conform to the documented measurements and customization instructions provided. In such cases, Bargello will offer a free repair or replacement at our discretion. Any claims of non-conformity must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of receiving the order, accompanied by detailed evidence of the issue (e.g., photos clearly showing the defect or discrepancy). Bargello reserves the right to deny claims if our records confirm the product matches the provided specifications.
Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the order value at the time of purchase. This deposit is forfeited if the order is cancelled after production begins (typically 24 hours after payment receipt). Customers must contact Bargello directly to resolve any issues before initiating a dispute or chargeback with PayPal or other payment platforms. Failure to do so may result in additional administrative fees.
6. Returns Policy for other Items
At Bargello, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. You can always return items if they are defective or sent incorrect. Please know that you must provide us a written record of the reason for return or exchange within 24 hours days of receiving the item. Custom, Oversize, Clearance sale or hazardous items cannot be returned. Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns or exchanges. Items which have any stains, emit, body odours or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
There is no refund for shipping and handling charges.
7. Clearance Sale Items
All items purchased from the Clearance Sale section on Bargello.com are sold on an "as-is" basis. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for clearance sale items under any circumstances, including but not limited to issues related to fit, style, color, or minor imperfections. By purchasing clearance sale items, you acknowledge and agree that these items are final sale and have been offered at a discounted price reflecting their as-is condition. Bargello is not responsible for any discrepancies in customer expectations regarding clearance sale items. Please review product descriptions, images, and any listed conditions carefully before making a purchase.
8. Listing and Descriptions
Bargello makes every effort to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this web site are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colours and styles contained on the photographs shown on this website are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, Bargello cannot accept responsibility for slight variances in colour or style. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, VGA card, resolution of your computer, browser used. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
9. Order Cancellation:
You can cancel an order within 24 hours from the receipt of the payment and no charges will be dedcuted and you will get a full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours from the receipt of payment. If you would like to cancel an order after 24 hours then processing charges and admin charges for refund will apply. If a custom order has already been processed and you wish to cancel it after 24 hours then there might be additional charges which will be calculated and you will be informed of the final charges which will be dedcuted from your payment.
10. Amend Your Orders
Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from thereceipt of the order.Anyammendment to the original order after 24 hours may be subject to additional charges which willbe determined after reviewing the requested changes.
11. Fraudulent Disputes and Chargebacks
Bargello reserves the right to take action against fraudulent disputes or chargebacks, including but not limited to claims of non-delivery despite tracking evidence or false claims of defective or incorrect items. Such actions may result in the customer being banned from future purchases and reported to relevant authorities or payment platforms. Bargello maintains detailed records, including tracking information and photographic/video evidence of products before dispatch, to support our position in disputes. Customers engaging in fraudulent activities will be held liable for any associated costs, including legal and administrative fees.
