Customer Service Agreement
Bargello.com who specialize in producing high-quality fashion apparels and accessories are committed to making on-line retail an enjoyable and simple experience.
This Customer Service Agreement is between Bargello.com and you and to all transactions carried out through this website. Please read this Agreement carefully before you place your order.
Placing an Order
Ordering on line is easy. You simply add the items you require in your shopping basket by clicking on Add to Shopping Bag whenever you see an item you would like to buy. Adding an item to your basket does not commit you to buy as you can always remove it later. You can review the contents of your basket at any time by clicking the xx items button. Once you have found all the items you need and you click to go to the checkout to pay for your purchases, you will be asked to give us details of the billing and the shipping address. At this stage we will also ask you to confirm your password and e-mail details. When you have completed these details you will be shown a Final Review of Order.
Once you have reviewed your order finally and decide to go ahead with the purchase you will be transferred to secure server using SSL Technology. This is to ensure that you shop safely and securely and have peace of mind. Any information given by you on these secure pages, such as your credit card details, will not be available to any of us at the Bargello.com. You will then need to enter your payment details including credit card details and your full billing address. Your transaction will then be authorized.
Before clicking on the Complete Purchase button on the Final Review of Order page you must have read, understood and accepted this Customer Service Agreement.
Acceptance of Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by e-mail shortly after we receive it. At this point a binding agreement will be created between us in accordance with this Customer Service Agreement. If the product you want is out of stock or the price of the product has increased between the time of the order and our acceptance of it, we will e-mail you to advise you of the change in price or when more stock is due. You will then need to confirm to us whether you wish to proceed with your order.
Prices
All prices on our web site are quoted in United States Dollars. An approximate conversion of prices in other currencies can be viewed by clicking on "Currency Converter" button.
Listing and Descriptions
Bargello.com makes every effort to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this web site are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colours and styles contained on the photographs shown on this website are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, Bargello.com cannot accept responsibility for slight variances in colour or style. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, VGA card, resolution of your computer, browser used. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
Payment
We will charge your card for payment at the time that your order is placed. The charge will be shown on your card statement.

Wedding/Bridal Dresses: 6 to 8 Weeks
Light Jewellery Sets: 3 to 4 Weeks
Normal Jewellery Sets: 4 to 5 Weeks
Diamond Like and Bridal Jewellery Sets: 5 to 6 Weeks
Plain Sherwanis or Sherwanis with light embellishments: 3 to 4 Weeks
Normal Sherwanis: 4 to 5 Weeks
Heavy Sherwanis: 5 to 6 Weeks
Men's Kurtas and shalwar kameez: 3 to 4 Weeks

Express shipping service
We use FedEx to ship to virtually any address in the world between 2 - 4 working days from the date of dispatch. Generally all orders are dispatched from our warehouse between 30 to 60 days (depending on the product you are buying) except when there is a delay during seasonal workload and peak periods. Bargello cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur during transit or unexpected delays during manufacturing, however we shall notify you if we are aware of any foreseeable delays, in which case we will offer you an alternative product or a refund.
Shipping Charges
These are applied per product and vary from country to country. The minimum charges are calculated for you and are shown on the Final Review of Your Order page, before you pay for the good. The final delivery charge will be calculated prior to the dispatch of the product(s) and if different from the charge shown on "the final review of your order" page you will be informed of the final delivery charges.
During special promotions, costs and delivery times may vary. This will be displayed within the terms of the promotion.
Customs/Duties/Taxes
When ordering goods from Bargello.com for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Bargello.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Returns Policy for Garments
Garment orders, including custom orders, are crafted based on the measurements, sizes, and specific customization instructions provided by you via our website, email, phone, or fax. Bargello is not responsible for any inaccuracies or dissatisfaction with the final product resulting from the measurements or customization instructions you provide. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge that the final product’s appearance, fit, and style are determined by your specified customizations, and Bargello is not liable for any subjective dissatisfaction with the outcome, including but not limited to design, color, or embellishment choices, provided the product adheres to your instructions.
To ensure transparency, Bargello documents the production process by taking photographs and recording videos of each measurement and customization detail before dispatch. These records are maintained in our library for reference. In the event of a dispute regarding fit or compliance with your instructions, we will review these records to verify that the product was made as specified. Custom orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the product is defective, incorrect, or does not conform to the documented measurements and customization instructions provided. In such cases, Bargello will offer a free repair or replacement at our discretion. Any claims of non-conformity must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of receiving the order, accompanied by detailed evidence of the issue (e.g., photos clearly showing the defect or discrepancy). Bargello reserves the right to deny claims if our records confirm the product matches the provided specifications.
Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the order value at the time of purchase. This deposit is forfeited if the order is cancelled after production begins (typically 24 hours after payment receipt). Customers must contact Bargello directly to resolve any issues before initiating a dispute or chargeback with PayPal or other payment platforms. Failure to do so may result in additional administrative fees.
Returns Policy for other Items
At Bargello, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. You can always return items if they are defective or sent incorrect. Please know that you must provide us a written record of the reason for return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the item. Custom, Oversize, Clearance sale or hazardous items cannot be returned. Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns or exchanges. Items which have any stains, emit, body odours or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
There is no refund for shipping and handling charges.
Clearance Sale Items
All items purchased from the Clearance Sale section on Bargello.com are sold on an "as-is" basis. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for clearance sale items under any circumstances, including but not limited to issues related to fit, style, color, or minor imperfections. By purchasing clearance sale items, you acknowledge and agree that these items are final sale and have been offered at a discounted price reflecting their as-is condition. Bargello is not responsible for any discrepancies in customer expectations regarding clearance sale items. Please review product descriptions, images, and any listed conditions carefully before making a purchase.

Fraudulent Disputes and Chargebacks
Bargello reserves the right to take action against fraudulent disputes or chargebacks, including but not limited to claims of non-delivery despite tracking evidence or false claims of defective or incorrect items. Such actions may result in the customer being banned from future purchases and reported to relevant authorities or payment platforms. Bargello maintains detailed records, including tracking information and photographic/video evidence of products before dispatch, to support our position in disputes. Customers engaging in fraudulent activities will be held liable for any associated costs, including legal and administrative fees.
